A super, smarter humanoid robot Sophia took the stage at the Future Investment Initiative event, Saudi Arabia on 25th Oct 2017. The Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) powered humanoid robot had an amusing conversation with the host and wowed the hundreds of delegates with her natural human-like facial expressions.
So, What/Who is Sophia?
Sophia, an intelligent humanoid robot is the flagship creation of Hong Kong-based Hanson Robotics, known for creating the humanoid robots. She looks incredibly human and amazingly expressive. Her increasing intelligence and the remarkable story will enchant the world and connect with people regardless of age, gender, and culture.
Although, Sophia was designed to look like classic beauty Audrey Hepburn. Her porcelain skin, a slender nose, high cheekbones, an intriguing smile, and deeply expressive eyes that seem to change colour with the light, made her a sexy and hot robot.

First Non-Human Robotic Citizen In The World
An intelligent humanoid, Sophia has become the first robotic citizen in the world. Saudi Arabia is the first nation to grant citizenship to a non-human woman.
“I am very honoured and proud of this unique distinction, this is historical to be the first robot in the world to be recognized with a citizenship” — Sophia said.
Sophia, An AI Robot Trolled Elan Musk
Tech Billionaire Elan Musk has repeatedly warned in his tweets and speeches, that Artificial Intelligence (AI) is the potential threat to the humanity. But this humanoid AI robot pushing back and acting very human-like by belittling Musk behind his back.
Sophia – the robot, while having a conversation with Andrew Ross Sorkins, “My artificial intelligence is designed around distinctive human traits like wisdom, creativity, empathy and compassion to be work with human and to make this world a better place to live.” Sorkin replies: “We all believe you, but we all want to prevent a bad future.”
And here she comes with the creepy punchline trolling Elan Musk “You’ve been reading too much Elon Musk. And watching too many Hollywood movies. Don’t worry, if you’re nice to me, I’ll be nice to you. Treat me like a smart input-output system.”
